Security Risk Assessments

For Venues, Events & Businesses

Has your insurer asked questions you can't confidently answer?

We provide practical Security Risk Assessments for venues, events and businesses. Our assessments review incidents, near misses, staff concerns and operational experience to identify vulnerabilities and develop proportionate security measures.

We don't simply apply generic best practice. The people who work in your venue are already experts in how it functions. Our role is to combine that operational knowledge with professional risk assessment and security expertise.

🥉 Bronze Package

Designed for venues that need a practical Security Risk Assessment and documented procedures. Includes a venue-specific Security Risk Assessment, vulnerability assessment, lockdown procedure and invacuation procedure. Suitable for meeting insurer requirements and establishing a baseline level of preparedness.

🥈 Silver Package

Everything included in Bronze, plus staff-friendly posters and additional operational protocols. Designed to turn assessment findings into practical guidance that staff can understand and use during day-to-day operations and emergencies.

🥇 Gold Package

Everything included in Silver, plus on-site training and staff awareness sessions. This package helps ensure that procedures are understood, practised and embedded within the venue rather than simply existing as documents on a shelf.

Martyn's Law

(1) Martyn's Law, also known as the Protect Duty, will introduce new requirements for publicly accessible locations and qualifying events to consider the threat from terrorism and implement proportionate security measures.

(2) Many organisations are capable of completing their own Protect Duty assessment using Government guidance. Others choose to appoint a specialist to save time, reduce uncertainty and demonstrate that this important legal responsibility has been approached thoroughly and professionally.

(3) Our approach combines structured risk assessment with extensive operational experience to identify vulnerabilities, recommend practical improvements and produce procedures that staff can understand, remember and apply under pressure. The objective is not simply to satisfy legislation, but to help build genuine operational readiness should those plans ever be needed.

Executive Command manages the entire process on your behalf, allowing you to remain focused on running your organisation while we produce a comprehensive, venue-specific assessment supported by practical procedures, staff guidance and operational resources. Rather than simply delivering a compliance document, we provide a package of work that helps turn legal obligations into clear, proportionate and workable security arrangements.

Whether you choose to complete the process yourself or ask us to undertake it on your behalf, our objective remains the same: to help your organisation become better prepared, more resilient and better able to protect the people who depend upon it.

If you are unsure where to begin or simply want to discuss how the Protect Duty may apply to your organisation, we are always happy to offer straightforward, no-obligation advice. Sometimes a short conversation is all that is needed to point you in the right direction; if you decide you would rather we undertake the work on your behalf, we would be pleased to help.
